She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Kent, a Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP), and a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Kent.
She completed her chambering at Messrs. V K Lingam & Co under the supervision of Dato’ V K Lingam, and subsequently gained experience at leading institutions in both private practice and regulatory environments.

To’ Puan Seri Hidayah commenced her career as a Legal Assistant at Skrine & Co, Kuala Lumpur, where she was exposed to high-level corporate and commercial legal work. She later served as a Legal Officer at Bank Negara Malaysia, gaining valuable insight into regulatory frameworks, governance standards, and institutional decision-making processes.
Her professional background has equipped her with a strong foundation in corporate documentation, commercial law, and contractual analysis, including exposure to oil and gas-related services contracts. Her experience enables her to contribute meaningfully at a strategic and oversight level, particularly in matters involving structured transactions, governance considerations, and risk awareness.

Beyond legal training, To’ Puan Seri Hidayah has served on the boards of several private companies across Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, contributing to corporate governance, strategic direction, and organisational oversight.
She has also been actively involved in the non-profit and social sector. From 2008 to 2011, she served as Trustee Director of Yayasan Tuanku Nur Zahirah (YTNZ), a foundation operating under royal patronage, and has also served on the board of Yayasan Kebajikan Negara (National Welfare Foundation).

Ms. Mizuraini Muhamad is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with over two decades of active legal practice. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 30 March 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malaya.
She completed her chambering at Messrs. Yeo & Yeo under the direct supervision of Mr. Peter Yeo. Over the course of her career, she has practised in both Kuala Lumpur and Kota Bharu, having served as a Legal Assistant at established firms, a Partner in private practice, and a Profit-Sharing Associate. This breadth of experience has given her a strong practical understanding of both legal risk and commercial realities.

Her practice includes the preparation of loan and security documentation for commercial financing and end-financing, acting for both borrowers and financial institutions. She has handled transactions involving local banks, Islamic financing institutions, staff loan schemes, and government housing loans (LPPSA).
