To’Puan Seri Wan Hibatul Hidayah Wan Ismail graduated with Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Kent, Canterbury UK in 1995. Shortly a year after, she successfully completed her Masters in International Political Economy from the same university.
In 1999 she obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya after completing her pupillage under the guidance of Dato’ V K Lingam of V K Lingam & Co in the year 2000.
She practiced with Skrine & Co subsequent to her call to the Malaysian Bar, handling civil litigation matters before joining Bank Negara Malaysia therafter. Due to her passion for the law, she resumed her legal practice as a partner of W.H.Hidayah & Mizuraini.
To’ Puan Seri Wan Hibatul Hidayah Wan Ismail has served on the board of several private companies in Malaysia, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. She is active in supporting many charity bodies and had served on the board of National Welfare Foundation (Yayasan Kebajikan Negara). From 2008 to 2011, To’ Puan Seri Wan Hibatul Hidayah Wan Ismail has been appointed as Trustee Director of Yayasan Tuanku Nur Zahirah (YTNZ) a foundation under the royal patronage of the then Her Majesty, the Queen of Malaysia, Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Nur Zahirah.

Ms. Mizuraini Muhamad
The firm's founder, Ms. Mizuraini Muhamad, earned her LLB (Hons) from University of Malaya in 1999. She then read in the Chambers of Mr. Peter Yeo of M/s Yeo & Yeo prior to her admission to the Malaysian Bar in March, 2000.
Prior to setting up her own practice, she has worked with reputable legal firms as legal assistant, partner and also as a profit sharing associate. Her expertises include conveyancing, corporate and construction practice, wills and estates and also litigation work.
She took a short break from legal practice in 2008 where she moved to Edinburgh, Scotland with the whole family to follow her husband. Throughout her stay, she gained considerable experience interacting with people with diverse cultural background in which in some ways had helped her to understand different country's laws, legal systems and legal institutions.
Her primary area of practice(s) are contract law which underlies much of her experience in the realm of real property i.e conveyancing and business/commercial law. She strongly believes contract law is a vehicle to formalize communication which is part of everyday life. Her other strong skills includes reviewing and preparing contracts and/or documents to prevent any future disputes and providing consultation and representation in a variety of transactional business and real property matters.
Throughout her professional practice, she also has a vast amount of experience dealing with all issues relating to Wills, Probate & Estate Administration matters. She provides personalised attention and draft custom Wills for muslims, non-muslims, locals and expatriates.
